Lea Michele has claimed that the cast of Glee are just friends.

Several stars of the show have been linked to each other in the past but Michele, who plays Rachel, insisted that the rumours are wrong.

“Every week I’m rumoured to be dating a different Glee cast member,” she told The Mirror. “It is hysterical, but none of us are dating each other – I will say that much.”

Michele also revealed that she is close with Matthew Morrison, who plays Will Schuester, because they both appeared on Broadway.

“I’ve known Matt for years,” she said. “He’s been a friend of mine from New York. People are going to make things up. I think it’s just because we really are so close.”
